Focus is one of the most important elements that governs the mind. What we decide to focus on is what will continue to manifest in our everyday lives. Our focus shows us what we subconsciously believe about ourselves and what is possible to occur in our daily experiences.

    What is in your subconscious mind that is emanating and creating your physical reality and  experience?

 

Our focus can be in a positive or negative polarity. What we expose ourselves to is what will be prominent in our experiences. For example, watching crime TV shows, listening to angry music, involving ourselves in drama will attract those kind of experiences into our everyday lives. In the contrary, focusing on the positive polarity such as; healthy eating, nature and creativity will create a reflection of this in your life. Both kinds of experiences show us outwardly what we subconsciously focus on and believe.
 

At the end of the day, it is your choice whether you decide to focus on the negative or positive polarity and whatever you decide is what you will receive whether you are conscious of it or not.
 

There is a lot of power in focus.

What are you putting on the “Homepage” of your mind?

And, how do you realize what you’re subconsciously focused on?


 

 Your thoughts are what your mind is deciding to focus on at that particular moment. Thoughts change every second and every thought creates a different version of the universe you are in.  When we become aware of our thoughts; the process of our inner thinking, we can note patterns and beliefs we have of ourselves and our world. Once we hack this we can essentially change these belief to think differently and attract different circumstances.

 
 Becoming aware of your surroundings and the pattern of your physical experiences will also help you notice the ingrained beliefs of your subconscious mind and your inner focus:

 Look around you, see what is in your universe and what you have created in your holographic matrix.

Are you surrounded by anger, crime, and sadness?  Or, are you surrounded by nature, beauty, love? What mindset have you had as of late to attract these circumstances to yourself?

And what can you do now? What can you choose to focus on that will attract the circumstances that you really want?

 
 Reprogram your mind to focus on what you want to manifest

 
It has been shown in studies that it takes 30 days to break or start a habit. Make it your goal to decide to focus on what your focus will be. This will change the direction of your mindset. Decide to focus on what you truly want to manifest into your life.

 
People who are successful in their careers, professions and passions have a direct focus of what they want and how they will achieve it.

What do You really want and how will you achieve it? Make this your focus. Immerse yourself in it and watch it begin to manifest into your outward experience. 

 
  Make sure to focus on what you want instead of what you don't.
